dangers, opportunities and strengths of a benefit plan for you and your
employees.
2) WHO IS ON THE TEAM? Current employee demographics, past
claims and premium history and current plan design are needed to prepare a
quote.
3) THE REALITY CHECK - Why have benefits? What benefits are
needed? How do benefits fit the budget? Do you wish to retain
The Benefits Coach as your advisor to prepare a study and final report?
4) THE GAME PLAN - Based on your input, we will prepare our final
recommendations along with several alternatives designed to fit your needs.
The plan design is based upon what is important for you and your employees.
5) PLAY IT FORWARD - Your report is presented. You have a
chance to review the recommendations and decide which of the alternatives
best suits your needs. Based on your final decision our team at The
Benefits Coach meets with the employees, answers their questions, completes
the enrolment, and delivers to the employees their certificates and pay
direct health cards.
6) FOLLOW UP - The Benefits Coach TEAM is your resource department.
We are here to provide advice and direction. A regular review may be
scheduled at your convenience to keep you informed of changes or trends in
the benefits industry.
